Unilever | Employer Branding Campaign

Unilever tasked us with making UniCon an unforgettable experience for students and early career talent across multiple years. I provided direct creative counsel to the client team, led art direction, and shaped designs that brought each edition to life. Every campaign was guided by a clear idea that captured attention and inspired engagement.
In 2023, UniCon was hosted in Unilever’s own space. I translated the concept into engaging on-site experiences and social content. The designs made the event visually compelling and helped drive strong sign-ups.
In 2024, the campaign moved to university campuses at NUS, NTU, and SMU. I developed creative activations and visuals that brought Unilever’s culture to life. The interactive pop-ups, engaging programming, and social content built buzz and meaningful connections with students.
In 2025, UniCon became part of university career fairs. I guided the art direction and creative strategy to help Unilever stand out among competitors. Every touchpoint, from booth design to on-site interactions, reinforced the brand as an employer of choice.
Across all three years, I collaborated closely with the client and partner teams. I balanced ambitious creative ideas with the realities of space, time, and logistics. The result was a series of campaigns that were visually striking, strategically effective, and memorable for every student who experienced them.
